Company Structure...

Elemental Design, LLC’s internal organization is team based.  Each project receives the full attention and participation of the owner who works with the project manager to implement the project and who has the capability to command all resources of the firm. 

Numerous contract employees (architects, construction managers, cost estimators, engineers) are available and on call as needed for technical support.  Current technology will be utilized to allow support staff to reside and work in any location.  The firm will move these professionals from part time to full time employee status when the project load is strong enough to support the change and the scope requires their expertise.

Our team’s project managers provide meticulous attention to detail on their projects.  The methodology for the firm’s project and quality control programs is written protocols, procedures and extensive staff training, ensuring consistency and technical accuracy across all deliverables.
